GLIMMERS
are fleeting moments of every-day joy and happiness. They’re peace-givers, life-reminders, and little bits of you and me. We’re all just a living mosaic of each other, after all. We’re also made of stardust, but that’s another conversation for another time.
They’re hearing your favorite song for the first time. Or watching the sun shine through the leaves on a windy day. They’re your morning ritual of sipping your hot tea in the morning, a hand-written letter to a friend, or a smile from a stranger. Glimmers are quiet moments of solitude and gratitude, as well as boisterous moments of overflowing laughter.
They are our life force.
I want everyone who passes through my little corner of the internet to know that YOU are welcome here and life is worth it if not for these little bits of happiness that we find in our daily lives. My hope is to build a safe space focused on rediscovering and nurturing your inner child through the practice of yoga and dance.
