How do we get tickets for Glow & Flow?

Where is Glow & Flow usually held?
The big dream would be to have a brick and mortar, but until then, you can find us at local fitness haunts in the greater Atlanta area. Be sure to check the schedule for regular updates or follow on Instagram for real-time updates.
What do we need to bring to glow & flow?
Yourself, your body paint, your neon, your friends, and your funk!
What kind of music can we expect?
Whatever tickles my fancy, really, BUT you can bet that it’s going to be upbeat, fun, and sexy mixes of EDM, hip-hop, and some classics. The point is to craft the music to the movement.
Do I need to be experienced with yoga or dance?
Not at all! And that’s the best part. Come have fun and embrace your own fitness journey.
What if we can’t make the event?
All purchases are non-refundable, but if you want to pass the ticket on to someone else, please let me know so I can update the list.
I’d like to hire you for another event or have you bring Glow & Flow to us. How do we do it?
Go ahead and fill out my contact form with as much detail as possible. I’ll reach out to you with a formal quote and contract. 50% is required at the time of booking, and the remainder is due one week before the event.
